胸椎管狭窄症是一组以胸髓受压为主要临床表现的症候群,临床表现变化多样,主要表现为受压平面以下感觉减退,患者常是先出现胸背痛,随后是感觉障碍、无力和大小便功能障碍,手术减压是唯一有效的治疗手段[1]。
