Abstract
报告1986年～1998年间收治的腹及胸腹主动脉瘤72例,其中胸腹主动脉瘤(Thoracoabdominal Aotic Aneurysm,TAAA)8例,腹主动脉瘤(Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm,AAA)64例.65例行手术治疗,1例髂总动脉埋泵,6例未手术.详细讨论了腹及胸腹主动脉瘤围手术期的护理在成功治疗该血管疾病中的重要性.
