Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect nursing measures of low birth weight infants during anesthesia recovery period after operation. Methods One hundred infants with low birth weight were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given conventional nursing measures,and patients in experiment group were given intensified targeted nursing measures. The degree of sedation and adverse reaction between the two groups was compared. Results In the experimental group,the degree of sedation in normal was higher than that in the control group,the adverse reaction was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P﹤0 . 05 ). Conclusions According to the LBW special anatomical and physiological characteristics,to strengthen the respiratory tract and fluid management,good temperature and agitation nursing is benefit for patients during the anesthesia recovery period.
