Methods 92 patients with calculous cholecystitis who were treated at our hospital from September, 2015 to October, 2016 were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group according to different nursing regimens. The control group were intervened with routine nursing care, and the experimental group was treated with perioperative care and health education intervention. The treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction score of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The treatment compliance rate and the nursing satisfaction score were significantly lower in the control group than in the experimental group [73.91% vs. 93.48% and (75.52 ± 3.41) vs. (89.62 ± 2.44), with statistical differences (both P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing care and health education can help the clinical treatment of patients with calculous cholecystitis, improve their compliance, reduce the incidence of complications, and increase nursing satisfaction, so it is worth being clinically generalized.
