Abstract
Objective To investigate the problems in nursing care for patients with idiopathic thromboeytopenic purpura(ITP)and femoral intertrochanterie fracture, and to design effective precautionary measures. Methods Various factors of bleeding in patients with ITP and femoral intertrochanteric fracture were analyzed. Effective precautionary measures were designed based on present types of hemorrhage; a variety of procedures and guidelines were made; and all the nursing staff in our department were trained. Results All the nursing staff mastered nursing care for patients with ITP and femoral intertrochanteric fracture and knew how to take measure to prevent various types of bleeding. Conclusions Nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of bleeding in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and femoral intertrochanteric fracture and it also increases the quality of nursing safety.
