Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical rehabilitation effect of nursing mode under the supervision of communication equipment in patients with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods From April 2017 to March 2018, 63 cases of ureteral calculi treated by holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital were selected as the study group, who were given the nursing mode under the supervision of modern communication equipment. From April 2016 to March 2017, 63 cases of ureteral calculi treated by holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital were selected as the control group, who were given the traditional nursing intervention. The incidence of complications, the mastery degree of knowledge, the compliance degree of treatment, and the degree of nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications of the study group was lower than that of the control group (χ2=14.621, P=0.002), the degree of mastery of related knowledge of the study group was better than that of the control group after the intervention (χ2=15.267, P=0.013), the compliance degree of treatment of the study group was higher than that of the control group (χ2=16.095,P=0.023), and the nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group (χ2=19.042, P=0.000). Conclusion For the patients undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy, the nursing mode under the supervision of modern communication equipment is the best.
