Abstract

Objective To explore the nursing cooperation process of Da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy and ileum neobladder and evaluate its clinical significance. Methods The clinical data of 93 cases of Da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy and ileum neobladder surgery were analyzed retrospectively and expound the characteristics of perioperative nursing cooperation of robot laparoscopic surgery. According to the time of surgery, the patients were divided into early group and later group. The robot preparation time, operation time, blood loss, complication rate and other indicators were compared. Results All 93 operative procedures were successfully performed without converting to open surgery and high satisfaction of nursing cooperation, The robotic preparation time [(50±10) min vs (30±5) min] and operation time [(305±25) min vs (255±20) min] in the early and later groups were significantly different. The blood loss in early group was slightly larger than the later group [(110±20) ml vs (95±15) ml], the difference was significant; no significant complications occurred in both groups. Conclusions Skilled nursing cooperation is of great significance in robot-assisted radical cystectomy. By saving preparation time, optimizing machine layout, and skilled cooperation during surgery, the surgery can be smoothly and efficiently performed. Key words: Nursing; Bladder cancer; Robot; Radical cystectomy; Ileum neobladder
