Abstract

Objective Share nursing experience in water injection stage of pediatric external ear reconstruction dilator in 33 cases. Methods Nursing interventions were used among 33 children with external ear reconstruction that treated in our hospital, to enhance nursing care of patients. Results After nursing, there was 1 case of dermatomyositis, 1 case of hemodynamic disorder and 1 case of pain symptom, and because those complications were found timely and treated properly, so the results of operation were not affected. The other children had no obvious complications. Conclusions Nursing intervention in the water injection stage of external ear reconstruction dilator can reduce the incidence of complications in children, and improve the quality of nursing care, so it is worthy of promotion.
