Abstract

This paper is focused on the reaction zones of a detonation wave in 2H2/O2/7Ar mixture with a detailed chemical reaction model. A regular cellular detonation wave structure is firstly computed, then the characteristics of the reaction zones, such as the ignition mechanisms, the species properties and the vortexes effects caused by the features of the structure, have been studied.
