Abstract
Every system involves uncertainty which come into play through various parameters, depending on initial and boundary conditions. Handling such uncertainty is a difficult task and the non-availability of experimental data results an idea of non-probabilistic method to solve imprecisely defined systems. In this regards fuzzy finite element is a tool to tackle uncertain or imprecisely defined system. Here a standard two group neutron diffusion equation is considered and a two group multi regional reactor problem is solved under the uncertain conditions. The results are depicted and compared with the special cases.
