Abstract

Pulse-effected linear systems are considered. Based on prior estimates in negative norms, a strongly convex functional, whose minimization is equivalent to the solution of the initial boundary-value problem, is constructed. The results obtained make it possible to develop methods for nonstationary pulse optimization. Bibliography: 4 titles.
