Abstract

This work deals with the numerical solution of one-dimension generalized thermoelasticity with one relaxation time problem under given initial and boundary conditions. The methods are based on two different techniques; Laplace's transforms method and the Adomian's decomposition method. The numerical results have been calculated for the two methods with two different cases of the relaxation time parameter. The comparisons between the results of the two methods have been represented in tables and figures. The outputs of the two methods are much closed. The Adomian's decomposition method is successful numerical method for generalized thermoelasticity models.
