Abstract

The paper deals with numerical solution for time fractional-order diffusion-wave equation using explicit finite difference method in the web service form. This equation describes process of diffusion, process of heat conduction, process of fluid flow, process of mechanical vibration etc., which are part of technological processes in various fields of industry. In the paper is described mathematical model of time fractional-order diffusion-wave process with initial and boundary conditions. In the next is listed numerical solution of mathematical model with utilization of explicit finite difference method. Mathematical model implementation is realised using service-oriented architecture in the web service form. The creation of the web service interface, of the server and client part is detailed described. In conclusion are described results with simulations of a mathematical model, which is realised by the web service call.
