Abstract

The temperature field and stress field of single-track and multi-track cladding of Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni shape memory alloy coating were simulated by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The simulation results showed that the shape of the molten pool of the circular spot single-track laser cladding is half-scoop, which is consistent with previous experimental observations. Analysis of the residual stress of the coating revealed that the longitudinal residual stress of the cladding coating was the largest, and the transverse residual stress was the least, the maximum value of the residual stress in each direction appeared at the end of the laser scanning. The multi-track laser cladding coating of the circular spot was heated repeatedly, and the heat conduction made the peak temperature of the coating reach a maximum of 2600 ℃. The coating stress presented the distribution of tensile-compression-tensile.
