Abstract
To investigate the temperature field of the surface of AlSi10Mg(Fe) with the aluminum oxide layer being removed using pulse laser, the physical model of composite material of aluminum oxide, removed using pulse laser, and aluminum alloy is established by using COMSOL Multi-physics, which calculates the temperature field and the removal effect in the case of different laser scanning linear velocity and laser energy density by solving thermo-physics equations. The influence of different laser parameters on the removal effect is also discussed. Based on the simulation and experiment, it shows that the aluminum oxide removal effect peaks in the case of 15 j/cm2 for laser energy density.
