Abstract

Some air ejector rocket systems, typical of combined cycle engines for aerospace propulsion applications, have been studied within the ESA programme FESTIP (Future European Space Transportation Investigations Programme). This paper deals with the description and validation of the CFD tool that has been prepared to simulate those systems, as well as with the numerical rebuilding of the experimental ejector rocket tests that were performed during the FESTIP programme.
