Abstract

The equipment is a spaceflight electronic system. We have adopted the extrusion method under equal extruding temperature of 350 - 380°C. Based on stress-strain data gaining from isothermal compression experiment, adopts rigid - plastic finite element method, simulating isothermal-extrusion deformation of which the component is wrought magnesium alloy, emphatically discussing deformation force and metal flowing law in the course of isothermal-extrusion deformation. According to the simulation result of stress field, strain field, velocity field and so on, the method can forecast producing defect produced in the course of deformation and offer the reliable reference basis for isothermal extrusion deformation. As a result, diversion method are adopted. We have succeeded in extruding the part and attaining the mechanics performance of the equipment, size precision which reaches the requirements.
