Abstract

The relevance of performing numerical modeling of turbulent flows around axially symmetric surfaces is presented. A review of similar scientific works is carried out. A mathematical model of a turbulent axially symmetric flow around particles of an arbitrary shape surface is constructed. A numerical method for performing calculations is described. Numerical methods for constructing a curvilinear orthogonal grid have been developed. Examples of flow around particles are presented for the turbulent boundary layer.
