Abstract

In this work, we construct explicit travelling wave solutions involving parameters of the Drinfel'd---Sokolov---Wilson equation as $$ \begin{array}{*{20}{c}} {{u_t} + pv{v_x} = 0,} \\ {{u_t} + q{v_{xxx}} + ru{v_x} + s{u_x}v = 0,} \\ \end{array} $$ by using the (G?/G) expansion method. The travelling wave solutions are expressed by hyperbolic functions, trigonometric functions, and rational functions.
