Abstract

The heat transfer problem with vent behind heating sources in a three-dimensional rectangular channel was investigated. Herein, with the concentration on the crucial physical parameters, such as temperature and the Nussult number is addressed under the conditions at different inlet velocity and chips' direction of placement. Also, three chips placed in lines along the flow with or without vent behind chips were solved. The SIMPLEST algorithm with the Hybrid Scheme in dealing with convection term was used to simulate these flows
