Abstract

Starting from a weak basis in which the up (down) quark matrix is diagonal, we make a numerical analysis of the down (up) quark mass matrix. Using the data available for the quark masses and mixing angles, we find a numerical expression for these matrices at different scales. This numerical analysis could provide an indication for one specific texture. The complex phases are introduced in the mass matrix, and we also find the numerical value for these phase as a function of δ, the CP‐violating parameter.
