Abstract

With the gradual depletion of shallow coal resources, mines gradually turn to deep mining, and the problem of high temperature and heat damage gradually emerges. In order to study the influence of the position of the air cooler in the underground coal mine on the temperature distribution of the remining face and the air flow in the inlet trough, the W3101 comprehensive discharge face of Xiaokang Coal Mine was used as the research background. Through the combination of on-site measurement and numerical simulation, the temperature change of W3101 working face and air intake lane of Xiaokang Coal Mine after refrigeration by air cooler was studied. According to the simulation results, the existing cooling scheme is proposed to improve the plan. The results show that the simulation results can effectively reflect the temperature and humidity changes of the working face. The arrangement of the air cooler according to the improved scheme can effectively reduce the air flow temperature at the outlet of the working face. Separate arrangement of air coolers is conducive to reducing the air flow temperature of the working face, which is not conducive to reducing the air flow temperature of the roadway. By analyzing the optimal arrangement of the air cooler, the air flow temperature of the working surface can be effectively reduced.
