Abstract
In this paper, in addition to monitoring structures, video surveillance devices are utilized for safety reasons. However, detecting moving objects is a difficult aspect of video surveillance. Human activity detection and monitoring are becoming increasingly popular as the costs of high-end video surveillance systems have decreased. As a result, while automatic structures were created for a variety of detection tasks, the duty of identifying illegally parked autos was mostly left to human operators of surveillance structures. The version utilizes W-POD Net to recognize the License Plate from an image or video, and the discovered registration code is used for the person's reputation using the CNN algorithm.
