Abstract
Abstract Structure factors, similar to the number-concentration structure factors of a binary alloy, are introduced for multicomponent mixtures. Expressions for the long wavelength limit of these (and hence of the related, more conventional) structure factors are derived in terms of the various thermodynamic quantities and their variation with concentrations for some special cases is discussed.
