Abstract
The firefly-mimicking cockroach Achroblatta luteola (Blanchard, 1843) (Blattodea: Blaberidae: Panchlorinae) is newly recorded for the Mexican states of Chiapas, Guanajuato, Puebla, Quintana Roo and Tabasco via the examination of specimens deposited in scientific collections and observations in a citizen science platform.
