Introduction

The connection between environ­ ment and health is a key concern of many medical professionals, perhaps best vocalised by WHO’s declaration that “Climate change is the greatest threat to global health in the 21st century.” The climate crisis is not, the first issue that has compelled doctors to break the law to safeguard patient safety, dignity, and comfort.
