Abstract

The experimental aspects and the theoretical background for an understanding of the ENDOR phenomenon are presented.The treatment is particularly developped towards obtaining quadrupolar parameters from data gathered by measurements on a single crystal. Special emphasis is given to the case in which I=1.The results of an ENDOR experiment,at room temperature, on the Deuterium in Potassium Hydrogen Malonate are reported.
