Abstract

The theory of nuclear spin relaxation of quadrupolar metal nuclei is considered for the ScH(D) x system for arbitrary values of concentration c= x/2 of the diffusing H(D). It is shown that the relaxation rates simply scale in magnitude as c(1− c) and that the temperature dependence is independent of c.
