Abstract
Based on SIC-Xα the more rigorous method of calculating the electronic states for Ry dberg exchange parameters using a self-consistent field model, taking into account the Rydberg electron and the interaction between real atoms, the calculation does not include empirical parameters. Use this method to correct C.J.Batty nuclear polarization under optical model potential and theΣ Atom energy level transition, and the results compared with the classical method, the results to be much more accurate.
