Abstract

Low-temperature nuclear orientation of54Mn in ferromagnetic Pt95Fe5 and Pt90Fe10 hosts has been investigated in 12–50 mK temperature range at external magnetic fields up to 1.2 T. Temperature dependence of the effective magnetic field Beff on Mn has been observed and interpreted as an effect of misalignment of Mn magnetic moments with respect to the macroscopic magnetization direction at host magnetic saturation.
