Abstract
The 115In NQR parameters, and those for the Sb isotopes and 75As, in the 1:1 complexes of Me3In with Me3N, Me3P, Me3As, and Me3Sb are reported. These data are discussed in the light of those for the analogous series of Me3Al complexes, and the available thermodynamic data, and are concluded to be consistent with a small amount of (d-d)π bonding in the Me3In complexes with Me3P and its heavier congeners.
