Abstract

Thamnobryum neckeroides (Hook.) E.Lawton (Fig. 1) is one of the rarest mosses in Poland. So far its localities were known from the Carpathians (Pieniny, Silesian Beskid, Sądecki Beskid and Beskid Niski) and the Masurian Lake District. In 2023, two more localities were discovered in Western Pomerania. The paper contains a description of the new localities and comments on occurrence of T. neckeroides in Poland. Currently, this species is known from 9 localities located in 7 ATMOS squares (Fig. 2).
