Abstract

We are immersed in a complex and multifaceted scenario, in which curricular (de)forms have enabled the emergence of some intentions that were submerged by a certain temporal gap, especially when we consider the imposed by the NEM Law. Given this context, it was intended to weave a comprehensive exercise about the NEM phenomenon, focusing on the conditions of possibility of approximation/distancing from the theoretical/methodological references of the CP. From this movement, six photographs emerged: Changes in the LDB; Tool for implementing the BNCC; Increased workload; (de)training itineraries; Notorious Know; Professional Education. From the explicit photographs, the scene of a film is sketched in which the aforementioned normative is constituted by a set of anachronistic/nefarious theoretical/methodological assumptions that potentiate the gaps between the public and the private, in addition to impoverishing the power of social transformation of the Education. In the meantime, the elaboration of strategies to promote the CP is outlined as a powerful option to recontextualize the imposed reform.
