Abstract

Rotational angiograms (RTAs) were obtained by means of a 4 s isocentric rotation of the imaging camera (INFX, Toshiba Corp, Tokyo, Japan). After transseptal puncture was achieved, two long sheaths were placed in the ipsilateral pulmonary veins (PVs). RTA was performed without contrast dye injection and then 1 s after starting simultaneous bolus injection of 10 mL/s of contrast into each sheath for 2 s.
