Abstract

Griscelli syndrome type 2 is an autosomal recessive primary immunodeficiency caused by RAB27A mutation. It is characterized by albinism, pigmentary clumping in hair shafts leading to silvery-grey hair and propensity towards hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH).
