Abstract

Abstract Bis(1,3-dithiol-2-ylidene) derivatives were used as active layers of organic field-effect transistors and the relationship between the structure and properties was investigated. A compound containing a dihydronaphthothiadiazole unit as a spacer group and the related heterocyclic compounds exhibited clear p-type transistor performances.
