Abstract
In this paper, novel algorithms are proposed to calculate the problem of economic and security dispatch with more complex constraints such as limit on electrical energy of unit, emission control and pump storage station's the energy balance between pumping and generating. The contribution of this paper is that a novel stratagem to search optimal solution is presented so that the monotonous convergence can be ensured without any calculating oscillation. The advantage in calculating speed, robustness, property of convergence and computer core memory is demonstrated by calculating IEEE 24 nodes system
