Abstract
This paper analyzes the change of economic values among Chinese people after reform and opening-up. It points out the economic values that people have excessive self-interest tendency and pursuing materials excessively risking breaking the bottom line of laws. The disadvantageous influences are also analyzed in the paper. It will lower people's economic welfare and feelings of happiness in the life. Some simple countermeasures are put forward in the end.
