Abstract

It is to one network environment that provide teachers' training of the portability and personalized support. It is integrated with experiential training in order for promoting the traditional lecture-centered concept of teacher training, training methods and learning styles. In this paper, we build an application model of teachers' experiential training under to one network environment by basing on Rapid Development of Basic Education Project. Through in-depth research and analysis on practice, the result provides a valuable reference for teachers' experiential training.
