Abstract

With the large-scale industrial restructuring, women's employment is more influenced and impact than men's. Feminization of informal employment or informal employment of women in China is an indisputable fact. However, lack of state policy, professional level, labor compensation, and social security, the degree of organization gap not only between women's informal employment and women's formal employment, but also non-significant difference compared with men, so that the existing employment areas gap widened instead of narrowing. This paper analyze the situation on female informal employment, describes its effects, put forward sound opinions and suggestions on women's informal employment.
