Abstract

With the increase of the insurance subjects and the expansion of branches, China's insurance market is becoming increasingly competitive. The competitiveness of human resources in an insurance company influences and determines its market competitiveness. This paper, from the aspects of interiors and exteriors, objectivity and subjectivity and so on, has analyzed the environmental factors which have restricted the formation and the development of the competitiveness of human resources in People's Insurance Company of China (PICC). Meanwhile, this paper has proposed that to enhance the competitiveness of human resources of PICC can be started from the following aspects: to foster a wholly new organizational culture, to implement comprehensive incentive and restraint policies, to establish a fair evaluation mechanism, to retain qualified personnel, and so on.
