Abstract

As the heterogeneity of under-productive oil layers is serious, the phenomenon of water and polymer co-exist together inevitable be in the same cell in the process of polymer flooding in under-productive oil layers, which make the potential of polymer flooding difficult to play. The geological conditions of under-productive oil layers in North-two-West block in Daqing oilfield are suitable for the use of simultaneous waterflooding and polymer flooding, but what kind of injection-production connected relation is more conducive to improving the development effect of under-productive oil layers in the North-two-West block has not been resolved. The two major kinds of the mainly connected relations, infilled oil - three infilled water - polymer flooding oil - polymer injection well and infilled water - three infilled oil - polymer flooding oil - polymer injection well, are found through count the major connected relations of under-productive oil layers in the North-two-West block. In this paper, a model of under-productive oil layers was made to study the impact of the two major kinds of connected relations on the recovery in the simultaneous waterflooding and polymer flooding region. The better connected relation between the injection and production in North-two-West has been optimized by using numerical simulation methods, which provide the basis for the choosing of connected relation between the injection and production on simultaneous waterflooding and polymer flooding in under-productive oil layers in North-two-West block. It has a far-reaching mean for enhancing and further promoting the development effect in under-productive oil layers to master development law of simultaneous waterflooding and polymer flooding in under-productive oil layers and determine a reasonable way to develop.
