Abstract

According to the rock composition of TaoEr mine the main coal layer floor, to 12427 face as the research object, using field observations and computer simulation of the combination of research methods, the stress field and the maximum failure depth in the mining conditions were firstly solved under the plastic theory, and then were simulated by numerical simulation software of FLAC 3D in which the stress and seam floor's fracture feature of stope coal seam floor were analyzed. Comprehensive field observations and numerical simulation conclusions, the experience formula of TaoEr mine the main coal layer seam floor's fracture depth was proposed as h = 0.0015H + 0.0741Lx + 0.1549M + 4.2085.
