Abstract

The method and the procedure of the risk identification have been discussed based on the characteristics and the applied practice of some large-scale mining shaft construction projects. The risk identification system from the perspective of employer risk management has been established. And this paper establishes a risk assessment indicator system from the perspective of employer risk management targeting on identified risks as assessment objectives in three dimensions, i.e., influence to project central goal, degree of possible risk damage and difficulty of risk event management. On the basis of hierarchical analysis, by the integrated use of listing and sorting method, expert survey, Program Evaluation and Review Techniques, etc, this paper establishes a set of multi-dimensional and multi-goal risk assessment system and successfully applies it to the risk management work of a large-scale mining shaft construction project.
