Abstract

This paper explores the collaborative innovation mechanism of Knowledge-intensive Business Services (KIBS), which includes the internal and external influencing factors of KIBS innovation activities, the relationship between internal and external influencing factors and collaborative innovation capability, and the relationship between collaborative innovation capability and collaborative innovation performance. The results show that: the internal influencing factors of KIBS innovation activities include organization, technology, culture and human resources, the external influencing factors of KIBS innovation activities include customers, universities and research institutions, suppliers and competitors; the relationship between internal influencing factors and communication & coordination skills, the relationship between external influencing factors and learning & absorptive capacity, and the relationship between collaborative innovation capability and collaborative innovation performance are both positively correlated.
