Abstract
The above paper claims that if each 90° transmission-line section of a conventional ring hybrid (CR) is replaced with an asymmetric T-type, the resulting circuit conserves the properties of CR in the frequencies of operation. The theorem is, however, a fundamental mistake, which will be verified further.
