Abstract

Shari Schwartz describes herself as a “continual learner” who has always enjoyed working in a critical thinking environment. Just five weeks into her arrival last year as Registrar at the University of North Texas, Schwartz found those attributes being put to the test as the COVID‐19 crisis began to affect campus operations.
