Abstract
In terms of non-smooth domains and non-homogeneous elliptic operators, this paper is devoted to study non-tangential maximal function estimates for exterior Lp regular problems. We do not repeat the layer potential arguments (which is a possible way). Instead appealing to a radial maximal function we can employ the results on homogeneous operators to make the proof much easier. Nevertheless, this method relies on an exterior W1,p estimate, which is established in the course of the proof.
