Abstract

This paper examines the role of national currency role in Fichte’s legal and economic closure of the State. While national currency is a State policy and cultural expression and it represents the will of the citizens, money is a simple economic fact to get the international exchange. The paper studies currency’s role and significance for the construction of a rational and autonomous State. It is a State which has a faculty to determine national economic policy and national work policy. In the Closed Commercial State, the State is an intersubjective entity and it subordinates the economic freedom of the Real-State to the Political Reason and Reason of Law.
