The country inaugurated a very worrying level, for the first time, research on the theme of violence recorded the rate of 31.6 homicides / 100,000 inhabitants. Since, the World Health Organization (WHO) uses as indicator of. acceptance the rate of 10 homicides per 100 thousand inhabitants. And entering the methodological aspects of this investigation, this work is a quantitative-qualitative research that focused on the investigation of the object of study, from the technical instruments, such as the bibliographic research and documentary research as investigative sources. It should be noted that this article, in its genesis, is part of a dissertation on the subject under discussion.
